Cream Chic is an ice cream shop located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

They reached out to us with the need of refreshing the brand, including logo, merchandising items, packaging, and also the signs for the store.

The Brief

Modernize the brand to position itself in the local ice cream market as a competitor with high standards. Convey product quality through competitive design.
Get closer to the audience with more personalized and empathetic communication.

Our Idea

We proposed a minimalist design, on-trend with vibrant colors and patterns for merchandising. As for communication, we used friendly phrases, for example, "What flavor makes you happy?" on the flavor selection board. We also created stickers to personalize each ice cream container with the customer's name.
